Registration open
The Appsmarathon program is finalised and registration for the event has started! Appsmarathon is a unique gathering of mobile development enthusiasts in the center of Europe, Brussels. Organised by grassroots Mobilemonday.be, the evening event is composed of 12 pitching mobile app developers, presentations of latest trends by renowned speakers and partners. Are you a mobile enthusiast? Come mingle and network at the next appsmarathon.eu. Mobile developers will receive votes for the Public Award, Jury Award and Blogger Award. The Jury Award will be a €1000 cash prize, and other great prizes for the two other awards.

Appsmarathon II on September 26th
Over the past months we have been preparing quietly the Appsmarathon of 26th of September.
Today we are glad to announce the first group of sponsors and partners that will enable the Appsmarathon of 26th of September. The list is to be found under the sponsors part.
Under schedule, you find a first list of content, which will be completed and fine-tuned by the end of August.

This was the Apps Marathon
Landmark event appsmarathon.eu indicates the start of the mobile development era in Belgium.
The appsmarathon.eu event, organized by MobileMonday Brussels, will remain in the memory for a long time, because it has crystallized in one evening the hopes, doubts and enthusiasm of a new wave of Belgian mobile developers. Just the market numbers on Smartphone in Belgium -presented in exclusivity – was such a defining moment showing a conversion trend from normal phones to smartphones (over 113% growth in last 7 months alone).

Grassroots organizations Mobile Monday and Café Numérique joined forces and are proud to present the Apps Marathon. This festive evening event will put a glocal spotlight on developers, platforms and companies who innovate, stimulate and support the world of mobile application development.
Join us on the 27th of September at Claridge, Leuvensesteenweg 24 chaussée de Louvain - 1210 Brussels, Belgium. During four hours, from 20h till 24h (GMT+1), divided in different showcase slots of 20 minutes, the marathon will highlight the coolest, most innovative and useful mobile applications developed in all kinds of industries around the globe through live presentations and video sessions.
